Mike Warner
With over 34 years of extensive industry expertise, my journey began at leading UK events like Glastonbury and V Festival, managing iconic venues like Brixton Academy and the Que Club. Returning to Ireland, I embarked on a significant seven year chapter, spearheading operations at Time Bar and Venue in Naas before transitioning to the dynamic environment of the Wright Venue.
My professional trajectory led me back to London, where I joined Novus Leisure in the prestigious West End. During my tenure, I undertook diverse roles, overseeing the management of various bars and restaurants within the group. An opportunity arose to return to Ireland, and I seized it, managing a bar and restaurant group across Dublin and Limerick, with a memorable stint in the bustling metropolis of New York.
Throughout my career, I've helped orchestrate major sporting events, including the Solheim Cup, Irish Open and Punchestown Races.

Hello, my name is Joe, but in the kitchen, I'm simply known as "Chef."
For over three decades, I've answered the tantalizing call of the culinary world, starting with my humble first steps as a pizza chef in Dublin amidst the vibrant food renaissance of the late 80s.
Since those early days, my journey has led me through the heart of some of Dublin's most celebrated cafes, bars, restaurants and hotels. It's been a tapestry of experiences, each one stitching a new thread of knowledge and finesse into my craft. And yet, even after all these years, I still feel the same spark of excitement and a desire to keep learning—because food isn't just my profession; it's my heart's song.
My culinary passport has collected stamps from across Europe—France, Spain, Italy, and beyond—each destination offering its unique flavors and secrets. But there's something truly special about returning home to Ireland, where I find the most profound joy in sharing my culinary creations with those who appreciate the magic of a well-crafted meal.
